Natural Park of Sierra de Irta.

The Sierra de Irta is located north of Castellón, in the towns area of Alcala de Xivert, Santa Magdalena de Pulpis and Peniscola. Considered one of the most fascinating natural parks of the peninsula, this natural and scenic gem is the only coastal area that is free of buildings from France to Andalusia.

Templar castles, Christian shrines, remains of a Moorish village disappeared, amazing cliffs that open waterfront, sandy beaches, dune fields ...

Alcossebre.

Among the Costa del Azahar and the inner region of Maestrat, it extends Alcalá de Xivert a municipality where the mountain and the sea are one full of contrasts. Throughout its ten miles of coastline five beaches, high quality and various pristine coves. These Mediterranean waters are ideal for practicing water sports such as fishing, sailing, and scuba diving. Alcossebre is also a good base from which to approach the Natural Park Columbrete Islands.

Numerous hiking trails and cross the Natural Park of the Sierra de Irta, the great natural area of Alcossebre. Other interesting places are L'Estany wetland and dunes between the beaches of the "La Romana" and "El Carregador". The gastronomy is also extremely varied, with rice and fish dishes among its highlights.

Morella.

Morella, a city in the province of Castellón border with Teruel and Tarragona, appears before the visitor's eyes surrounded charm to transmit its ancient walls and crowned by its strong castle, over a thousand meters altitude and with access through ports Miró mountain Tower (1259 m.) and Querol (1020 m.)

Natural Park of Delta del Ebro.

The Delta Nature Reserve is one of the most extensive wetlands in Mediterranean Europe. The Ebro Delta offers a setting of incomparable, unique and singular nature. A landscape of great biological wealth that brings together a diversity of flora and fauna invaluable. With its 320 km2, is the largest of the Catalan lands and aquatic habitat represents a vital enclave within the wetlands of the Mediterranean. Its biological wealth contrasts with the profoundly human and agricultural transformation of a large part of its surface. In order to make possible harmony between the natural values of the area and its exploitation by humans, and at the request of its inhabitants, the Government established the 1983 Natural Park of Delta del Ebro Its importance is recognized internationally by maximum specialized agencies.

The Natural Park of Delta del Ebro has a total area of 7,736 ha. The park is made up of salt water lagoons Canal Vell, the Garxal the Alfacada the Platjola, the Encierro and Encañizada, the islands of Buddha, Sant Antoni i Sapinya, peninsulas Punta del Cuerno (los Alfaques) y del Fangar, the Ullals de Baltasar and the Páramos de Casablanca.

In the landscape we find completely flat delta lands that give a distinctive and unique look in Catalonia. Inside we find the extensive rice fields, changing with the seasons (winter earthy, water flooded in spring, green in summer). On the coast we find one of the most attractive lakeside landscapes of the Mediterranean, bordered by large ponds and jonqueres canyissars. On the outskirts, saline "soles cirialeres", marine rushes and addresses the long, deserted sandy beaches, dunes and other vegetation samples, well adapted to the environment.
